Shit Girls Say to Gay Guys

RIGHT SO to a pretty high degree i am also into this one, because i am all about critically looking at your privilege, which is the purpose of this video. it makes me a little more uncomfortable than the “shit white girls say to black girls” video because of how ~intersecting privileges~ work you could also very easily make a “shit gay guys say to girls”—i also think it’d be hella better if it were “shit straight girls say to gay guys” because it’s definitely describing a certain type of girl and that girl is super hetero. (i also wanna mention “shit girls say to lesbians” which also confuses me why it is not “shit straight girls say”—the title change i’m suggesting i think would signify more it’s the privilegeness and not the girlness that’s being mocked)

so when i saw this i was set out to critique “shit girls say” critical videos because after a certain point (namely, in the absence of “shit dudes say”) it becomes less like “lol privilege” and more like “lol women”—like, all of the videos i am talking about are critiquing women for how they behave in context of their other privileges (straightness, whiteness) and there is a definite way that privilege allows women to behave that’s different than how men do, and it’s important to point that out, but like, dudes act ridic because of privilege too and that’s also shit to critique and laugh at. 

but then i looked at youtube and like these are the only three critical videos i could find (link me if you’ve got more) so we def haven’t gotten to the point of “lol women” vs “lol privilege”—i mean, 2/3 of the videos i am talking about, for one, are less privileged women critiquing more privileged women—but i would still be delighted on some mocking dudes for privilege videos. can we make a shit manarchists say video?

BUT OK all the uncritical ones (etc etc etc) that are dudes dressed like girls making fun of girls for how they behave irritate the fuck out of me. like, oooh, women sure are ridiculous, amirite? i can’t find the super good critique i read on here earlier but if i could i would link it.

Shit gay guys say to girls would mostly consist of dudes touching girls breasts without asking.
